Cancellation Policy
Coral Gables & Boca Raton: Bookings require a $90 deposit in advance. The deposit will be refunded or applied to the session price if you cancel or reschedule more than 3 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 3 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any rescheduled session. Please note that rescheduling close to the 3-hour mark does not guarantee availability the same day. A 20-minute grace period applies for late arrivals. Beyond 20 minutes, the appointment is considered a no-show and the deposit is forfeited. This policy also applies to no-shows. Hallandale Beach: Bookings require a $45 deposit in advance.
